Really good service and cleanliness!

the hotel was clean. i was especially impressed with the lobby and how well-kept the room was. they sell tickets to the theme parks right at the hotel, made planning easy. they offer a free shuttle service to the amusement parks, with convenient timing that saved money on transportation.

the default temperature on the room aircon was fixed at 21,5°c. even after switching it off, cold air kept coming out. the hairdryer was not working either.

The breakfast was a highlight. It was very affordable and had many options. i highly recommend adding it to your stay, as it really sets you up for the day, very useful.

the hotel is well located and near the corniche! it is within walking distance from the vibrant shops, cafes, and cultural hotspots though the parking was expensive. this made it easy to explore the area.

the hotel location was very good with easy access to many areas. the staff provided a efficient service. i want to thank the housekeeping staff they keep everything clean and beautiful.

the air conditioner was very cold i felt freezing. the default temperature on the room aircon was fixed. i asked the reception to adjust it but i spent my nights shaking under blankets.

the staff were attentive and quick to help with requests I had! the room was spacious and included a functional kitchenette. I appreciated the cleanliness and the well kept amenities provided, and the provided room service was prompt and professional.

I noticed the gym equipment looked somewhat dated. A refresh of the exercise machines would improve the facility. A NEW coat of paint in the hallways would be a plus.

i noticed a lack of teaspoons in the room. the hotel only provided wooden stir sticks. the balcony was locked off. i was unable to go outside to see the view.
